I work from my studio in Falmouth, or via Skype. Programmes are also delivered as an interactive google spreadsheet with video links or through an App (with videos and messaging). There are lots of options. Some clients train a few times a week at my studio, or hybrid: live sessions combined with additional online programming. One session a week is plenty for some of my clients too. There are always options to suit you, your goals and lifestyle. The important point is that we find a consistent way to train, that works for you. If you can not find what you need below, please get in touch so we can come up with a plan to suit you.

Consultation Meeting £20

(In person or virtually via Skype)

A 40 minute get together to: discuss what you want, give you the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether I am the right fit for you.

1 hour 1:1 training £35 or 1:2 training £45

(In person or virtually via Skype)

Training sessions are booked in 4 week blocks. Clients usually take designated time slots that are the same each week. There is flexibility around this.

Bespoke Online Programming with a monthly check in session £55 per month

We meet each month for a one hour training session. You repeat this at home/gym, in your own time, for one month. We use interactive online programming to stay in touch and monitor your progress.

 

Pelvic Floor Troubleshooting £50

(In person or virtually via Skype)

If you are experiencing symptoms such as leaking, pain, heaviness, bulging, and/or prolapse while you move, such as jumping, running and lifting. This session is for you to learn strategies to use to address and eliminate these symptoms. Although common, you do not need to, or deserve to, live and move with pelvic floor concerns.

Recti Diastasis Troubleshooting £50

(In person or virtually via Skype)

If you think you may have Diastasis (Ab Separation) and want to learn how to check for it. Or you know you have Diastasis and are aware of doming or laxity between your abdominal muscles and you want to learn more about how to manage symptoms and strengthen your abdominal wall, whilst training safely, this session is for you. You will build confidence and understanding about something that is a very natural and common response to pregnancy.
