“18 months after my second caesarean I was suffering from abdominal discomfort around the internal scar tissue and was advised to work on my core strength and flexibility to help ease tightness around the area.
I was introduced to Heloise and felt heard, understood and immediately put at ease.
The sessions were tailored to my needs and easily adapted on days when I felt sore or generally fatigued from parenting/ life. Location and days were flexible which was helpful when juggling childcare.
Heloise nurtured and motivated me to push myself to my own limits ie; eagerly waking for a 9am session on New Year’s Day in a very frozen and frost covered park.
Sessions were enjoyable and two days later when the muscles remembered they had been used I was weirdly rewarded again.”

“Heloise was so in tune with my needs every time I went to see her. She took into account where I was in my menstrual cycle and therefore where I was strength wise. She also made me look hard at my insecurities around my body image and made me more secure about my body, its strengths and what was possible. She never pushed me too hard, but I really got results, in both body strength and tone.
I now have brilliant new knowledge which I am able to use on my own at the gym and feel confident about going. In general I am more body confident and feel fitter and more toned than ever before.
